PENGARUH PENGAWAS, KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU SEKOLAH DASAR LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of school supervisor role, role of principal, and work commitment to pedagogic competence of elementary school teacher in District of Seputih Banyak Regency of Lampung Tengah either partially or simultaneously. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research, the population in this study are all primary school teachers in the sub district of Seputih Many, with a sample of 102 elementary school teachers are divided into 9 primary schools. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the role of school supervisors, the role of school principals to teacher pedagogic competence; And teacher work commitments; And there is influence of school supervisor role, role of principal, and work commitment to pedagogic competence of elementary school teacher in Kecamatan of Seputih Banyak Regency of Lampung Tengah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh peran pengawas sekolah, peran kepala sekolah, dan komitmen kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Seputih Banyak Kabupaten Lampung Tengah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Seputih Banyak, dengan sampel sebanyak 102 guru sekolah dasar Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh peran pengawas sekolah, peran kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru; dan komitmen kerja guru; serta terdapat pengaruh peran pengawas sekolah, peran kepala sekolah, dan komitmen kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Seputih Banyak Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.
