Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Fotografi dan Media Konvensional Terhadap Hasil Belajar Geografi Siswa

Abstract


The aims of study were to find out (1) the difference of students' achievement in learning geography using photography media in and conventional media in teaching learning process in the at SMAN 1 Tumijajar, (2) Whether photography media could improve students' achievement student learning geography at SMAN 1 Tumijajar. Quasi-experimental method which compare the students' achievement given a treatment and the students which not given treatment. The population were X IPS of SMAN 1 Tumijajar. The sample of this research were X IPS 1 and X IPS 2 students. The researcher used Test in collecting the data analyzed using t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result showed (1) There a difference of students' achievement photography media X IPS 1 and conventional media X IPS 2 at SMAN 1 Tumijajar, (2) Photography media could improve students' achievement of tenth IPS student in learning geography.

Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media fotografi dengan siswa menggunakan media konvensional pada pelajaran geografi di SMAN 1 Tumijajar, (2) Pengaruh penggunaan media fotografi terhadap rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran geografi. Metode penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi seluruh kelas X IPS di SMAN 1 Tumijajar, samplenya siswa kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPS 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, analisis data menggunakan uji t dan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa X IPS 1 media fotografi dengan siswa X IPS 2 media konvensional pada mata pelajaran geografi, (2) Ada pengaruh penggunaan media fotografi terhadap rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada pelajaran geografi.
